See the work.
Then the workflow.
A coastal transformation starts with one painted cue. Follow the reference, tracked character replacement, portrait product video and editable ad into the local agent workflow. The ending shows the actual Aftertake project that made this film.
53.04 seconds · 1280 × 720 · 24 fps. 19 cuts, 24 editable title layers and 13 complete outer narration clips, plus one embedded ad utterance. Actual captures and local outputs; generation waits omitted.
The scene and the cue.
One painted space-and-time cue guides the coastal edit and its source composite.
Track and replace.
A fictional character reference and tracked selection lead into natural H3 replacement.
Create a product shot.
Native LTX creates a portrait product video from text.
Make it for the feed.
Local Kokoro narration, highlighted typography and an alternate ad hook stay editable.
An editable agent workflow.
An actual local MCP session receipt leads back to the same editor and local Comfy SDK workflows.
Inside the real project.
The final film reopens inside Aftertake, with its cuts, type and voices intact.
Reopen every cut.
The editable project, original voices, actual UI recordings and timed storyboard are included in the complete source packages. Follow the Film project import instructions in the repository to bind those files to your local studio.
The home page and this chapter guide use the same focused film and editable project.
Full frame-clock checks and complete voice comparisons are recorded in the evidence receipt. Inspect the actual H3 take, tracked selection and every face frame. Generative identity, articulation and occlusions still need review for each new shot. The local agent tools generate, inspect and edit through the same studio; full Higgsfield feature parity is not implemented.
